During this chat, we explore the client's project and expectations in depth. We ask questions to fully understand their needs and determine their current pain points and gaps. We then use this information to generate a proposal outlining our deliverables.
Before we begin the project, clients must:
1. Approve the proposal/quote
2. Sign the project agreements and waivers
3. Pay the project invoice(s)
Now we get to work on the client's project. The client will submit any collateral, marketing materials, and branding guidelines electronically.
The team will stay connected with the client to communicate any questions or answers via email and our comment sites feature. The client will receive regular project updates. At completed milestones, the client will provide feedback for revisions, approvals, and corrections before the project is delivered per the approved proposal.
