As we enhance our web consulting services, we are now fully prepared to offer 17hats CRM setup, training, and support. As longtime users since 2015, we have experienced the strength of this powerful CRM platform. In 2023 we decided take our support to the next level and started our 17hats ambassadorship journey.

As a web design studio, our goal continues to help clients make it easy and effortless for customers to patron their businesses and for small business owners to easily meet and exceed their customers expectations. We do this by setting up 17hats and integrating our clients' 17hats CRM workflows and operational systems with their business websites for maximum efficiency.

We are thrilled to launch this service, allowing us to better support our clients and make their website even more “open for busine,” as we like to say.

Despite facing inflation-related cost increases since 2021, we have refrained from increasing our hourly rates for consulting or web design services until now. While introducing new offerings to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services, we have decided to roll out increased pricing for all our services and products effective January 1, 2024. Additionally, we are introducing new pricing for services such as rush service, late payment, and convenience fees.

Please note that if you have an annual hosting plan or a yearly maintenance retainer with us, your pricing will remain unchanged throughout the duration of your agreement. We will send you a reminder email 30 days before your plan or agreement expires, along with the updated pricing and available services.

We understand that this may entail additional costs, but it is a necessary step towards ensuring that all users can access our projects.
